It does it every few seconds with no pattern. I've tried turning it off and taking the simcard and batter out but to no avail. Any ideads?

I have a raza ( one of the girlie shocking pink ones!!) I know the buttons are dead flat but it could be that the 6 is stuck slightly.

dirt or dust in the key pad
take a wirelss store today and they will fix it no charge for this one.
also if it continues have it repalced that is a free one.
call you cell company and document this in your file.
make note of the time and day so you can get the free replacement.

I clean my keypad about once a week. I use a spare toothbrush,make sure it clean and dry!
