I do, because regular homemade ice cream is great, but sometimes a guy might have his friends over and they might prefer soft serve.

No. Expecting a woman to make you homemade ice cream on a regular basis seems like a lot of work. Perhaps if you'd like some soft serve, go for a trip to Dairy Queen. It's not homemade, but it tastes really good!

I would think that should fall under the category of a man's job because cranking the ice cream machine is a lot of work and she might have trouble with it....

I can make homemade but if you need some you can always nuke regular ice cream in the microwave...that'll get it 'soft' for your friends....
