Well, depends on how you deal with it both of you.
You two should sit down and talk about what happened and decide whether to agree it was a mistake that will never happen again, or if maybe it could be the start of something stronger.
Problems might arise if you are not totally honest with each other when given the opportunity to be.
Even if the feelings are not reciprocated on both side, you must come to common agreement on where you go from there.
It can actually bring you closer if you are mature to talk about it thoroughly. Or the uncomfort can be too strong and spoil the friendship.

Wow that's a shocker!!!! but it's ok!..... why do I say so????..well it's because if you had sex with your bestfriend, it only means that you two like each other. You two didn't force each other to do that and always remember that " It takes two to tanggo ". Don't worry the friendship wouldn't be affected because you both think that the time has come to upgrade the level of your friendship. This also means that there is less possibilities that you two would break up because of defferences, because you already surpass that stage during your friendship days! actually it depends..if one of you eventually falls to the other, thats the problem. Because some people value their friendship more and would never risk their friendship for entirely different kind of relationship. Stop that habit of getting laid by people who you arent committed with. Value yourself also, more that you're a girl. Just give yourself to the person you love. Isnt it great to make love with someone you love? Yes its defintely great!
