I would get rid of he pleco and the pink kissing gourami. I would add two or three more gouramis, blue or gold, your choice. Also would add another dozen of the neons. They are schooling type fish and would add a lot of color and activity to your tank.

The kissing gourami will get large enough to eat your neons and guppy. They typically max out at about 9 inches. So you need to keep that in mind. There is no mention of the size of your tank.

Sounds like a nice setup

your pleco is fine in there since you have a big tank

I would put at least another 4 neons in there, since they're schoolingfish
and I think glassfish are schoolingfish as well, so add another 4 of them as well
but add them in there in a period of 1 week apart

I wouldn't add anything else in it besides a few live plants

hope that helps
good luck

Sounds like you need another pink kissing gourami for the other one to "kiss".

I would remove the pleco, first.

Then I'd get at least 4 more neon tetras and at least two more male guppies.
