Well usually real boobs are not so perky(not saggy either) especially without a bra.
Also THEY MOVE,they BOUNCE.And they are not naturally round.
Fake boobs almost always looks a little hard,they do not move but just alittle.
Also if you look at it from the sides you can see the "cup",and when they bend down you can also see the "cup".

Bridget is the only one without the cup effect because she has real boobs!

Face boobs? Usually they're not in the face, but a little lower.

touch them. if they're hard they're fake. other than that i can't tell you. some might be unnaturally perky.
