So many to choose from. Any of the reality stuff, obviously but Sweet Sixteen is my vote. Apart from the dubious moral aspect - teaching children to covet a shallow and possession obsessed lifestyle - the excruciating teen American squawking has been scientifically proved to kill off brain cells. (Also, listening to Ted Rogers on 321 in the eighties had a similar effect.)
