I had ants in the kitchen and was told to sprinkle pepper in the nest or where they were coming in from Do they sneeze themselves to death

Never thought about that.
I'd say no, because insects breathe through spiricales in their abdomen. Don't have noses.

It is a comical image tho.

To get rid of ants use Boric Acid Powder. You can get it at the pharmacy. Actually works because it gets on them when they walk thru it and then in them when they groom back in the nest. Very safe for people and pets too.

Ants inhale fumes but I doubt if they sneeze. What i've noticed with ants is that they tough and recover.
