How do you remove the linked accounts in myob system.
I try to delete some accounts but there is a pop up windows saying "An account that is being used as a linked account may not be deleted"? Thanks

The fact that you've linked this account to another means they must exist together. If this is not so and they don't need to be linked, go back and unlink them before trying again to delete the useless account. Make sure you really can do without the linking before unlinking them or your balances will go haywire.

Linked Accounts are critical to the smooth operation of your MYOB business management software. Are you sure you know what you are doing. You could create a real mess, if you 'link' the accounts to the wrong general ledger codes. It can be really dificult to fix up.

Perhaps call your local MYOB Certified Consultant for some assistance?

You can find the linked accounts, under set-up -> preferences.
