ladies and gentlmen, i do understand there are some kind of racial tension. but, people told me that the racial tension in the South is much more severe than the North. As far as i know, there were 6 black had beaten up a white in Jena high school in Louisiana. The blacks called it just a schoolyard fight, the whites called it attempted murder. Another incident was: A New Orleans black District Attorney fired all the 42 white employees and replaced them with all blacks, then therefore he was charged with discrimination against whites. In conclusion, i don't know who was right or who was wrong, the facts told me the tension does exist and very severe in the South. Is that true? Is that fixable?

Of course there is. There's racial tension practically everywhere. As far as Louisiana, it only gets pumped up to noticable tension in certain political seasons.

It is no more severe in those states than in others. White kids not being safe in schools from racial attacks, and their white parents not receiving promotions or getting fired from low-salaried, government positions in urban areas. Yes, I'm sure that only happens in the states you listed. Please note the sarcasm.
