Whenever i open up Internet Explorer, it goes straight to a website called "websecuritypage.com", even though my homepage it set to yahoo.com. Also, a toolbar installed itself onto my Interent Explorer called "Security Toolbar 7.1". My computer has been running slightly slower, but my virus scanner doesn't say i have any problems. Is there something it's not picking up, or do I have a serious problem on my hands?

I doubt that any of the answers above this will help you.

Your computer has a serious Smitfraud infection.

Follow the procedure here:

How to remove VirusProtectPro (Scroll down to "Automated Removal Instructions for VirusProtectPro"):
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic98219.html

"The latest rogue anti-spyware program installed via Zlob infections is VirusProtectPro. VirusProtect Pro is installed via a type of Trojan infection called Zlob Trojans which masquerade as video or audio codecs required to view a movie or listen to a audio file. In reality, though, these Trojans instead install VirusProtectPro as well as other malware on to your computer without permission..."

Good luck.

You have a BHO. Browser Helper Object. It is not a virus. It is SPYWARE.

Right click in an blank area of the top tool bar and click on customize and untime the security toolbar.

Then you have to a very good anti spyware scan. Your Anti virus checker will NOT remove spyware.

You need Ad-Aware 2007 and spybot search and destroy.
