But here our bond of friendship is very strong....we talk every day, often times two, three times a day. It is like nothing has changed except for the fact the person is dating others which is in line with the fact they don't want a relationship at this time either. Should I cut my losses and move on or remain friends with this person and "not burn my bridges"? The urge to just follow my gut and move forward is really strong at this moment in time but I want to make a rational decision and appreciate any suggestions/comments that you might be able to share here. Thanks for your time

Ever hear the comment:

She doesn't want you and she doesn't want anyone else to have you either?

She is keeping you on a short leash, just in case her other "friends" doesn't work out.

Listen to your gut and move forward.

There is a kind of love ( I love you) that a girl can feel for a guy, but it is more like a brother. The other kind ( in love)is the kind a women feels for a man that she would like to marry.
If this girl feels the first kind of love, you would be better off getting on with your life and find somebody who will give you the second kind of love. If you think you could still be friends with her, then you are mistaken. Because after a while you will get jealous of every one she dates, and it will cause some conflicts. Just look for some one else, there are plenty of women out there who would want to be in love with you if you just give them a chance.
