Do you get Excel Saga?

Seriously, I just sit there going "WTF?" and laughing. Is there anything to get or is it just crazy rambling?

Excel Saga tries to satirize the life and culture of Japan, but at heart it is truely just an absurdist comedy. So no, there is nothing to "get," just plenty of humor to enjoy.
