Ventriloquist.

If you want a classic ventriloquist doll look, get a suit from like a thrift store (Goodwill, Salvation Army) If you can find a bow tie. They're hard to find, but if you have a costume shop near you, like Party City, Nick Nackery etc, you could probably find one there. Or while you're at a thrift store, look for a stuffed animal wearing one and cut it off and either sew or pin it to your shirt. A regular tie would work too. Also look for men's style dress shoes.

For makeup : Use black eyeliner to get the "jaw" lines draw two lines coming down from both sides of your mouth. Using brown eyeliner make a few dots on your cheeks for freckles. Then add a little pink blush, in circles on your cheeks as well. Then add a little eyeliner to your upper and lower lids and mascara to your eyelashes. Maybe put on some red lipstick.

Since you're a girl and probably have long hair, pin your hair up and put a single panty hose over your hair and find a short haired wig from a costume shop.

Or you could be a girl doll. Just wear some type of dress and do the same thing with the make up I described above.
