I LOVE the taste of Gatorade, but when I'm working out, it's water because I've become such a freak that when I'm working out I can't have anything sweet or sugary or anything like that at all so I have to have water or somehow it gets into my mind that I'm just putting weight back on. Which is not good.
So yeah, water.

Neither: I don't drink water unless I absolutely have to (which ends up being about 1 1/2 gallons per year), and I absolutely HATE gatorade (which I wouldn't drink even IF I had to)!!!

I drink gatorade diluted with water. Gatorade by itself has too much sodium
