well, go to google and type in "zac efron fan mail adress"
the links will give you a fan mail adress and you can write him a letter. you can also ask for a signed poster of him and they will send it too. but it takes about 3 months to get the poster in the mail.

if you go to http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1374980/ it will take you to zac efron. and if you click contact,(you have to pay for it though) but if you are a really big fan 15 dollars wont bother you.

sure there is, go to a musical show or something, sometimes they make appearences in public at like disneyland, he isn't that big a star, if you go to California i'm sure you could catch him on the street, he's not like tom cruise where he has body guards everywhere, should be too hard, but you have to go to him
