oh please do quote case law to define 'illegally'. This is why liberals like you have no creditability. With all the real ammo you have on that pinhead why do you insist on making up lies?

Sadly, it seems that no crime has been too petty or too big for the Bush administration. When people say Bush has committed no crime, they must have a different or more narrow concept of what a crime is. There are laws against using government funds or time for partisan purposes, laws against eavesdropping without a warrant (at least there were...), laws against torturing prisoners, laws against usurping the powers of the other two branches, laws against obstructing justice...

My only hope is that Bush will be too arrogant to pardon himself for his multitude of crimes before he leaves office, and that the Democrats will get some courage and go after him. This assumes that we will have an election in 2008. Since I am against the death penalty, I think Bush should get life without parole, and with hard labor.

George bush is not conservative. He has spent more than any other president in US history...not to mention he is PRO-GUN BANS
http://www.keepandbeararms.com/information/XcIBViewItem.asp?ID=2283
He has been putting out VNR's (video News Releases) that are played on the news, and made too look like genuine news. This practice was ruled unconstitutional by the supreme court. read about it:

The sad part about this is they won't remember they went against you when the truth comes out. They'll say they knew it all along.

No crime is what he has committed. Thanks .... People talk about crimes but give no details, or they make up things and call them crimes, or they say things are crimes that really aren't.
