I lost all my special Animated Emoticons when I got a new PC, I had collected lots from friends. How can I get new ones, is there a website to download free or do they have to be purchased. I copied them to a disk but don't know how to copy them back into my new Messenger.

Keep well clear of Smiley Central - full of syware!
Best way is to snag them back off your friends cos I bet they nicked em!!
Ohhh to load off the disk : copy contents of disk to a folder on My Pictures, then Browse from MSN and add them again - time consuming though!

If she has the comparable as you like you suggested then tell her to delete it from administration panel and then deploy it lower back. If there nonetheless is something incorrect with it then something is incorrect together with her computing device.
