my uniform is a black long dress u know somthing long, and a white scarf so i need some things that make my outfit fresh, like what kind of jeans or pants do i wear under it..etc

i had to do uniforms in high school too (long skirt and button down shirt)..i always found ways to make it stylish..try wearing jeans under with some kind of design..sequins or embroidery.
try stylish shoes..bend but dont break the rules..wear either sneakers or flipflops
for your dress, try to add a big belt around your waist, cute buttons on your pocket, or accessorize with lots of jewelry.
the nuber one rule is try to get as colorful as you can!!!

mini skirt , stocking , ballet shoes .
or try , mini skirt , loose socks .
