I have done B.Com(H) in 2006,and working with Genpact as accounts associate,Which course should I pursue?

In Genpact I handle fixed assets accounts . I have good quantitative and basic computer skills . I want to pursue some course in finance .As I am working full time , I can't afford full time course .
