Well, I have always been pretty shy. It's definitely a self-confidence thing. As I've gotten older (I'm 21) I realized that I can't blame people for not talking to me because they have no way of knowing what I have to offer as a friend. So, I have been making an effort to be more outgoing (but I am by no means the life of the party). It seems to work. I understand shy people, but I know that it isnt the best quality because people miss out on who you really are.

I think shy people secretly wish that they weren't so shy.
And it's not always a confidence thing - I'm shy and I am an extremely confident person.
I think that shy people (like myself) are often written off as "weirdos" and that's really sad.

They are cool, I am pretty shy myself except for at school. But when I am at home or at a friends house around their parents I am pretty shy and reserved. So I guess I am more outgoing with just me and my friends.

They are some of the most misteryous and smartest people in the world, since most out of the time they are thinking or planning something in their head. Very thoughful.

I love shy people: I love to try to get to know them, and hopefully help bring them "out of their shell" a bit, if that's what they'd want to do.

I'm very shy myself, It disables me from being my self, and really showing the true good me infront of other's, I think we should respect those who are shy... and let them adjust, don't rush them.. respect them and with time they will shine.

i dont really have any thoughts on them
....
idk i can make friends with everyone and i believe that theyre only shy around like strangers but then theyre ttly loud and open with their friends
