Does anyone know the song Tamyra Gray sings at the Pastor's graveside in the movie "The Gospel"?

It's not on the soundtrack and I'd love to try to find it somewhere.
Something about "when seasons change.."

It's the song she sings at the Minister's funeral. It's not on the soundtrack....I already have it and "Now Behold The Lamb" is on it.

The name of the song is "Seasons Change" and unfortunately it isn't available anywhere... other than just watching that part in the movie over and over again.
