well...this isn't a violent crime..but i saw this guy hit a dog, and just pull around and drive away, without even getting out of his car...the dog had a broken leg and hip (you could tell) and was bleeding...so I drove around for about 2 hours looking for the poor things owners

Yes, I worked in a Bank and two crackheads came in with AK-47's and robbed us. Then when they finally left they had a police chase on the highway and were shooting the AK's @ the cops. They finally got caught.

I've seen people who were trying to flee a burglary hit me with their car when I had left room for them to get by. I was pointing my gun at them and legally could've shot them but I didn't. I guess I'm glad now I didn't but at the time when I was laying in the street, I was kind of upset I didn't shoot at them.
Part of the joy of being a cop I guess.
I think our motto should be "hate us until you need us" instead of "protect and serve."

people have tried to make me their victim but we live in America and we have the 2nd amendment, so it ended violently but I commited no crime

yes i have many times after my parents got divorced my dad wouldn't pay child support so we had to move to a bad neighborhood i saw many things that i will never forget and I'm kinda paranoid a little bit i always lock my doors and i keep my dog with me most of the time

Yes. My ex-girlfriend, her brother and I were jumped by a gang of kids up to no good. Luckily they weren't armed, because that would have severely blunted the ************ we handed to them!

Thankfully, no. Montreal & the burbs are relatively safe (compared to other metropolitain cities around the rock)

I've seen a cop getting beaten up by a bunch of girls just 'coz she was a cop... very disgusting and a horrible thing to see... everyone around helped get them away from her though which was great to see =]
