Now I'm more curious as to why Girls want or need their room to be PINK!!

Am I the only girl who hates pink?
Maybe pink reminds them of innocence (baby girls get pink stuff). Or is it ingrained on girl brains from all the pink stuff we got as babies?

Well I don't know about Hindu astrology but in the western world, the color pink represents romance and or femininity.
Red represents sexual prowess and raw power.
Ive never been a pink room person.
My bedroom was lavender as a lil girl.
Its different shades of white and beige like the beach now...for me..its clean and fresh.....soothing and calming.

One of my pet peeves! I'm all for a girl that lives alone having her room however she wants, but geez, when a man and woman are living together why must he be forced to live with flowers and fluff? I point this out to my fiance all of the time, "Look honey, don't you love this duvet covered in frills and flowers?" Hee! Poor guys....I'm spreading the word to keep you from having to sleep this way!

Pink's ok a colour, but I prefer my bedroom in colours of blue & pale cream. It's a very relaxing colour.

I don't know, however since a couple of others are sharing the colors of their rooms I thought i'd chime in that ours is a tranquil extremely light green.

I dunno, because some people like the color pink? Some people have multicolored bedrooms, some people leave it completely plain. If a guy wants a pink bedroom, why shouldn't he have one?
