2.Processor speed?
'Mother'-boards are just that, the Mainboard. To install more memory you must know the maximum memory the mobo will handle. Same goes for the processor.

depending on what your particular motherboard supports... you can overclock the chipset.. cpu and memory all providing more speed... gfx as well but thats slightly different.
all done in bios normally
