If you feel the people around you know things that you don't then they are probably just excluding you. Find some people with the same interests as you.

Everyone is as intelligent as everyone else, except brain damaged or idiot savants..

However, some people have knowledge about things that make them more successful. These people are what society calls 'intelligent'. These people have better memories and can learn faster because they often ignore things that other people think are interesting.

Some people have learning disabilities, or were raised to think using their mind was bad, or have emotional blocks. This is rather like the Germans trying to crack a mysterious code. But if you think about it, there is nothing you could not explain to what a person who is considered unintelligent if you wanted to. Nor, if an intelligent person would answer all your questions, could you ask a question that you could not understand the answer to, if you were allowed to keep asking sufficient questions.

Everybody has the ability to be intelligent, the problem is that some people are lazy to educate themselves. Sure, there are natural GENIOUSES out there dont get me wrong...but everybody is able to achieve that certain level of knowledge that people call being "smart/bright/intelligent'. It takes effort and will. Some people learn faster than others. Some people find some subjects more difficult and vice versa. We all have a brain though, we just need to use it effectively.

Sometimes, intelligence is just an act.

If you're not as intelligent as some people, there's nothing wrong with you. Intelligence often refers to science, math, etc, whereas knowledge refers to knowing the finer details of life. Wisdom is classified as street smart.

If you're not intelligent, you probably have more knowledge and wisdom, therefore, you understand society and "how life works" better.

What you can do to become intelligent is to believe that you'll do better in school, or that you'll just become More intelligent.

Whatever comes into your life, you attract. By thinking that you're not intelligent, you won't become intelligent, because that's what you're focusing on.

Instead of focusing on what you don't want, focus on what you do want.

For example, don't focus on getting out of debt, or you'll attract more debt, because this is where your energy is focused.

Instead, focus on wealth and prosperity, and you will attract this into your life, because this is what your energy is focused on.

No, there is nothing wrong with you! Some people can retain a lot of information. Others are good at problem solving and analyzing. Some are brilliant at math and can't read very well. Everyone is different, and we all work and learn at our own pace. People also learn in different ways. Some are visual learners (like me) and others are just fine reading about it. Just because you can't rattle off facts, history and trivia does not make you unintelligent. Use your knowledge to the best of your advantage, and never let anyone make you feel like less of a person for what they know and you don't. Life is full of learning experiences, and you just need to take advantage of them!

I don't even no where to start with this one. Intelligence is a very broad spectrum. EVERYONE has intelligence somewhere. The "stupidest" people in the world have a gift, even if they don't know what it is. Find yourself... read books, do random searches on the net, you will find something that intrigues you and you will learn about it and you will no longer be "not intelligent".

It really depends on how much more intelligent other people are compared to you. I don't think you're THAT unintelligent, because your question was written well. You use correct spelling and punctuation, which is rare these days. Don't worry too much anyway. Intelligence and ability are often light years apart in the real world. Relax and enjoy your life :)

I.Q.{intelligence quotient] is only one part of mental space and not every thing.E.Q.[emotional quotient] is much more and better indicator of the probability of a successful ca rear or professional achievements. We all are borne with different levels of I.Q and it's quite natural.Though it may not be so easy to increase our I.Q. but we can work for and develop our E.Q. considerably. For example, take out the list of your/any high school toppers of your school/college of last 10 years or so and trace them about their jobs/professions at present. You shall invariably find that most of them are at lower end as compared to others[not so bright or average students].So,why get upset or feel inferior? You have a great life ahead of you .Work for it with all you have in you, learn on your way and be successful.Don't forget to have your share of FUN in life.

no man...not being intelligent does not mean there is something wrong with you...it just means that the group you hang out with you need to go to their level...you need to expand your knowledge...no one's intelligent its just the lack of interest... i am pretty sure you must be really really good in onething and the person you think is intelligent would not know any thing about....you just need to adjust yourself in your surrounding and expand your knowledge thats it.......

there is always someone smarter than you, get used to it because they also have people smarter than they are. if they brag, theres a good chance their intelligence is nothing and all they know is that they are "better" than you. thats crap though soo.... intelligent people are NOT skilled at everything and you can bet your *** you are better at something than they are
