You're asking for VisualBoy ROMs, not GameBoy ROMs.
Either way, the problem is that you are asking for what the IDSA considers pirated software. You could Google for VisualBoy ROM downloads, but I'd be very careful about that.
Unlike Atari, NES, Super Nintendo, and GameBoy, there are no legitimately free VisualBoy ROMs for download.
