About three or four times a week (maybe more) a scene from a movie will pop into my head. I'll think about the scene for a few seconds then it's gone. Later that day or maybe the next day, I'll turn on the tv and that scene from the movie will be on or I'll land on it while channel surfing. This happens so often that it is blatantly obvious. If I try to purposefully think of a movie or a scene it doesn't work, then scene just has to pop in my head randomly. Does this mean anything?

It may seem "blatantly obvious", but that's just confirmation bias at work. This happens with might sometimes too. It probably happens to everyone. If you think about movies a lot, and you watch movies on TV a lot, then it stands to reason that your thoughts and the movies you might see the next day will coincide a lot of the time. TV stations tend to repeat movies quite a bit. In addition, TV stations will also advertise the movies they are about to play the next day. If you hear the advertisement, you may not pay any attention to it but still your subconscious mind will be alerted to it, and this may also get you to start thinking about that movie later on. Then the next day, viola, there it is.

If you really want to investigate this, keep a journal. Every single time you have a thought about a movie scene, jot it down. This will eliminate the confirmation bias, but still there is the possibility that you are hearing advertisements for these movies beforehand. But if you do this, you may find that not nearly as many of the movies you are recalling are actually being shown on TV the next day as you think.

No this isn't ESP. There are a few things that may be happening:
-You will only ever remember the scenes that you see. You will find that a lot more scenes would have popped into your head but not shwon up (this is common with fortune telling- people always remember what they get right, but never what they get wrong).
-If you see the program for that ngiht, your brain amy subconsciously take that info in and think about it.
-You are probabvly unconsciouscly exaggerating the number of time this happens.

I have the same ability except I will say a question out loud and the tv will answer it.
Or I will be reading with the tv on and as I get to a phrase in the book, the same phrase will be said on the tv at the very same exact moment.
I cant figure out how it works but it happens to me at least once a day and sometimes 4 or 5 times a day.
It is never a common word or phrase where it would just be an easy match either.

Maybe, maybe not...keep a log and try some deliberate practice to see if it goes anywhere. You'll have to get over 50% correct to even begin to suspect you have any type of ESP as the laws of probability state you have a 50-50 chance at guessing anything.

it happens to me too, and i think its normal. you probably think of many more than 3 or 4 movie scenes, but you only notice the ones that you end up seeing on tv.

Yeah this happens to me too, I also know what song is gonna be on the radio sometimes and what people are gonna say before they say it. And other random stuff, it would take all to explain but it's pretty awesome, I wish I could tap into it...

I have that all the time too.
Randi will never pay anyone off. That is just a publicity scam about the million bucks. It is all stuff that he would just make excuses for so he doesnt have to pay it, but it makes him sound important in the mean time.
He is just a failed magician like they say. He needs the publicity to stay in the news.
