Since you've lost weight but didn't lose anything in the breasts, a breast reduction is the ONLY solution for you.

Talk to your parents about talking to a doctor. Most PS's will not operate on someone so young BUT there are EXCEPTIONS to the rule.

Insurance will cover the breast reduction procedure since you are having health issues with your breasts.

I don't know of any way to reduce their size, but you can lighten the load a bit by working out and strengthening your upper body, wearing a good bra (they are not nearly as hard to find in these sizes as they used to be), and standing properly.

I understand the size and weight issue, when I was pregnant with my son I got up to a size F cup and all positions were painful (I couldn't sleep because if I laid on my back I couldn't breath and on either side they would laysideways and be painful... etc) but I discovered that if I sat up straight and wore two strong sports bras I felt much better. As my ballet teacher used to tell me "stack your bones on top of each other and let them do the work, don't make your muscles hold you in an odd position".

I don't know if this helps any, but good luck!

I don't think there is much you can do to make them smaller. I think the best thing you can do and to make sure you're wearing a good bra. Make sure it's the right size! Many women wear the wrong sized bra. You're gonna need something to support your breast. Those type of bras aren't always cute, but they will help with the back and neck pain.

lose weight....Well more like what the poster said above me...Stay fit.

Also, there are some medical insurance compaines that wil pay for a breast reduction if the doctor determines that your breast will be harmful for you when you get older...Like back pains..but you probably have to be over 18 to qualify. My co-worker who is 23 got hers done last year and our company paid for most of it..Good lUck
