# 1. Special interests groups and their agendas.
# 2. Government Grants for simple minded researchers that creates and justify their jobs.
The results and intent of the two listed above have been slowly through out the years, chipping away with our freedom to think and decide what is best for ourselves.
Just take a trip to McDonald's and try their famous french fries.
They banned the trans fat and ruin the best fries I have ever tasted in the 72 years that I have lived.
This BS started before most you were born.
If all who reads this could see through my eyes, I'm sure there would almost be a feeling of revolt.
I attest to all the above and I would also swear to it with my right hand on the Bible.
If you are not aware of what is happening to our freedom, then from this day forward pay attention enough to see it happen before your eyes.
I also challenge all to do what you can do to correct the matter.
Use your independent freedom while you still have it.
Freedom for all. "God Bless America."
Use your own God given wisdom and vote for a candidate that believes we are wise enough to choose what is best for us.
You asked a very good question but I'm appalled by the simple things that seem important to most of them.
Thank you for the question.

SUVs- there's too many of them and the people who drive them are @ssholes
Cell phones- people suddenly can't live without a phone constantly attached to their heads? I call bullsh!t on that.
Credit collectors- they are annoying
Low rise jeans- I'm tired of seeing everyone's babymaker!
Thongs- too many people (even guys) wear them and with the low rise jeans too. I don't need to see everyone's nasty underwear.
Spandex- no one looks good in spandex, no one
myspace- suddenly every emo/mallcore kid on the planet thinks they are awesome because Tom is their friend. Tom's a media whore
And I'd eliminate all these rappers/musicians who constantly point at the camera when they talk. They are trying to look like thugs but they just come across as douchebags

cell phones. don't get me wrong i like my cell phone and would have a hard time without it. but cell phones dropping signals causes miscommunication between people, people don't talk to each other face to face as much since they are on their cell phone so much. I see this all the time driving down the street 2 people in a car and both on a cell phone. Why don't they just talk to each other? What's so important the driver has to be on the phone?

It's not my place to force anyone -- or a lot of people -- to change their lives according to my whims. I'm not going to deprive anyone of electricity, ice cream, computers, etc....
The sad thing is that you'll probably get a lot of answers from people who would happily f*ck with people's lives.
