Yes all of Newton's laws are false when we consider the frame of reference of an accelerating body
In fact Newton's third law that states "Every action has an equal and opposite reaction" IS false when we consider a body rotating due to a string tied to it
In the rotating frame, there is no opposite reaction to the body that emerges due to the centrifugal force, we say that it is an isolated force and has no reaction pair as WE define it only so that the laws of physics hold true in Non inertial frames
Thus, the laws of physics ARE false for Non inertial frames of reference and that is why we define pseudo forces to MAKE them true in such frames
Thus, Newton's Laws MAY be false in some frames that are called NON INERTIAL frames, in fact we define NON INERTIAL frames as those frames of reference in which Newton's laws are false and INERTIAL frames as those in which they are true
Hope that answers your question

The plural of quantum may well be quanta, no longer quanties. This bickering over the word thought is stupid. this is even sillier once you utilize it approximately evolution. the belief isn't evolution.. the belief is with regard to the organic decision. it incredibly is termed the belief of Evolution via organic decision. as with all technology each thought stands on the information that carry it up. in case you could coach to different scientists that the belief is inaccurate so as that they are in a position to do your try to coach it to themselves that it incredibly is inaccurate then that concept could desire to get replaced to slot any new information. Einstein's theories did precisely that to Newton's rules. Scientists discovered that at speed's drawing near the fee of sunshine Newton's rules weren't adequate to describe or are watching for the information. a scientific thought is a hypothesis supported via a great deal of information which stands the try of time, many times examined and not in any respect rejected. word that the final public makes use of the word thought to advise a loss of expertise or a guess, only the different of the scientific meaning. Darwin's thought of evolution via organic decision is an occasion of a scientific thought. It has survived scientific scrutiny for extra suitable than a hundred thirty years and information to assist it keeps to acquire.

Well, for me I really can not say yes or no, because I havent conducted any experimental work regarding his studies or his work. BUT I can remember that my physics professor has said in the lecture theoter (when I was studying physics in my fist year at uni), that Newton`s third law is not really proven and some people are really against it but they are not able to say why and how and what is the correct law instead of it.
So yea if you can do all the work (doing experimental work in physics) to be the second Newton in this world do it and we are all will be with you.

If I could prove Newtons third law wrong then I wouldn't be here answering your questions now would I. There is a reason it is a scientific law and not a theory or postulate. This is because it has been proven to be a constant at readily obtainable conditions.

No, so far Newton's third law of motion can not be proved wrong as far as I know.

Hey, those are universally accepted theories, those can't be proved wrong. If you did, you can be a great scientist more than Einstein

In general NO. but in some special cases as shown in Einsteins "Special Theory of Relativity" there are a couple of minor exceptions.
