Zero Odor worked great when Baby was spraying before "the doctor visit". It's available online, and it's a little pricey, but it works every time, on every thing.

Odors on fabrics- Febreeze, bleach, or a thorough washing
Odors in the kitchen- Pine sol, bleach, lemon juice, vinegar, or baking soda
Odors in the air- incense or sage

...first... find the source of the "odor"... eliminate the source first... then use common cleaning materials to "clean-it-up".
Be careful with "caustic chemicals" as you might make a bigger mess then when you started... Pine sol generally gets the "odor" out of most everything...

By changing your litter box, lol..... then I add baking soda. I also air the room out from time to time and use renuzit adjustibles and Yankee candles.
