the question is about sine, cosine, tangent and cotangent:
if 3n/2 < X < 2n
and cos x = 4/5
find sin x , tan x, cot x

Doing basic trig like this, it's helpful to first sketch a right triangle and label the sides with whatever info is given to you. Here you'd put 4 on one side and 5 on the hypotenuse, and a quick glance will recognize that you've got a 3-4-5 right triangle

I'm still trying to figure out what "n" has to do with anything in your question, though. Your first 'given' seems totally irrelevant to the rest (sort of like the whole answer "Aquaman" provided...)

sin x = 3/5

tan x = 3/4

cot x = 4/3

I believe you have a triangle with sides 3,4 and 5

3^2 + 4^2 = 25 and 5^2 = 25
