Solve these homework questions for these kids? Especially the ones asking 10-20 questions, that's the whole assignment? Especially americans, we are already battling very hard w/ technilogical laziness and IQ's plummeting, why contribute to the problem? The SATs and college tests are really going to suk when you didnt learn how to do any of it on your own. . .

For the points, of course, in an obsessive effort to reach the next level. For the mental exercise. For the prevention of boredom.

Myself, I pass by the long lists of questions and go for the 1 or 2 problem queries, where there is some chance the asker is really just stuck and needs to see one done.

And if decadent America slips off the pinnacle of civilization, where's the harm? If we're scrabbling for survival perhaps we'll leave everyone else alone. Sigh. Not very likely, huh? We've got the nukes to take what we need from everyone else. But we'd have to give up the belief we're the good guys.

Actually, I am working on my MBA, and I had to take a finance class. I had a lot of difficulty but got some help from the kind people on here. Since then I had wanted to help others -- perhaps someone out there would find my answers very helpful. I am targeting these areas mostly: military and law enforcement, immigration, and computers.

I do understand what you mean about not letting the kids do their own work. How else will they learn?

i like math so its practice for me, makes their test scores worse but mine better
