There're many places online that you can find these, many websites look like they were created by the same company.
Simply google "323ci brake".
Good OEM spec Brembo rotors run around $50 each. They should also come with the little hex bolt that holds the rotor in place.
OEM spec pads go for around $65 - $100 for all 4 wheels depending on which brand you choose.
Don't forget brake pad sensors too. They go for about $10 each. You only need 2.
Finally, DO NOT think of buying pads or rotors from any salvage yard... these should be NEW ITEMS whenever you need them changed.

I have used this store (1) and am very pleased with the quality and prices of their parts. They also have technical articles which do an excellent job of explaining most repairs in a clear manner, most with good photos. They sell parts, fluids, cleaners and tools - basically everything you need to do a good job.
You can find several types of brakes and rotors, from "BMW OEM" to ATE to Brembo.
Another store is (2) but I believe their prices are significantly higher.

brakes aren't something to cheap out on. You can find brake pads and rotors at:

but I'd recommend you get some nice pads, they could save your life.
