For me it depends on the weather and activities. I'm strict when it comes to underwear, only once, please.
Jeans maybe two or three times. Dress pants, twice. Shirts twice.
It makes me feel better that I'm not the only one. It's easier on your clothes and you save water.
I also reuse towels, one for hair and one for body. Again, just saving water.

In the winter, I can go 2-3 wearings of work clothes before I wash them. In the summer, only once or twice. It just depends on what I was doing in them.

It depends on stains, marks etc
It depends on the weather if it is hot & you have sweated alot.
In general, shirts - twice - depending.
In general, pants - twice - depending.
Mostly, worn only once before a wash. The above is usually in winter.

Jeans, usually twice. Shirts once unless they are nice "dry clean only " and then usually 2-3 times. The giant t-shirt I sleep in at night.. all week.

I don't wash anything unless it smells, has something on it, or gets stretched out from wearing it. Probably three times or so, depends on it it's dressy or jeans, ect. I collect vintage clothing from many eras and washing just breaks down the fibers.

I go without washing my pants for a pretty long time, probably every 3-4 weeks or so.

too long probably more than a week and I should change occasionally and wear pyjamas a good thought but it wastes so much time changing. I have to take my steel cap shoes off sometimes but they are oilman's Red Wings and so comfy. And no I do not have a partner surpris surprise and I do not wear white as that requires washing daily so I have discovered !
