Around my windows the wall looks wavy. At first I thought it was water damage and then I seen some on a wall with no windows. Then i thought maybe the roof was leaking. But the wavy wall starts from the floor and goes up. Not quite to the ceiling. I can poke my finger through the wall too. Could it be termites??

I haven't seen any insects. I'm currently renovating the house so I can move in.

One thing that you will generally see associated with termite damage is mud. They will work mud in between layers of wood for protection. The wood itself will be seemingly eaten apart into thin strips which are, again, filled with mud. Water damage will typically soften the wood and will not have mud. Water damaged wood is usually darkly colored and spongy. Another insect associated with water damage is the carpenter ant. They can eat into water softened wood but will not leave behind mud. Most pest management companies, Orkin, Terminix, etc., will come out to take a look at it for free, though they may give you a sales pitch while there. They can help you further.

Very possibly could be. You haven't seen any insects, yet? Sounds like it would be bad enough you should have seen some. Take a look at this website below, so you will know what you are looking for. This sounds like a really bad infestation, so you will be wanting to get a professional exterminator.
