time of india has a supplement on delhi having one or two pages of workshops and seminars. on this page u will find private coaching classes, but still lot of practise of required for months and years to become a good portrait artist. a friend use to carry a sketch book and pencil years where ever he went ... and would start sketching people and places... do u have patience?

You can join Shanker's akademy of Fine Arts, on it's evening classes. It is in ITO (Dolls Museum) New Delhi. or you can join Delhi college of Art for their Sunday Classes.

Untill then, look for books on "how to draw faces, portraits, etc.-good luck.
