I saw a car collide with another and 5 people died. Helped pull bodies out. Fellow with broken legs and arms flailing on the ground calling, "Mommie, Mommie." Then he died. 3 others in the car lived but their lives were never the same.
Cured me of drinking and driving.

that people who cant afford to pay rent or buy food etc for themselve keep having babies and expect the tax system to pick up the tab!
