Hello, I'm going to be subscribing to Qwest DSL (I wish Verizon FIOS was here!!), but I don't want to pay the $8.00/month rental fee for their modem -- I'd rather purchase one. What brand DSL modem do you recommend? I'm mainly looking for something that is stable (doesn't require resets all the time so long as the DSL is stable), good quality, and will interface with my Linksys router. Thanks!

Note: I'm not asking about which Internet service I should subscribe to -- the only available option to me is Qwest. Thanks.

first you need to find out what xDSL chipsets are compatible with their network then go from there.
