It's not LOOSE weight people, it's LOSE weight.

LOOSE = not tight, as in a loose thread or screw
LOSE = to lower, or fail to maintain, as in LOSE WEIGHT

Obviously, their English teachers weren't qualified, that's why they are being taught the spellings. Otherwise, I think they are just plain lazy to read over what they wrote and correct the mistakes.

if you are teach some more tricky words for the people like
THEIR = books
their anything
it belongs to them it's THEIRS

THERE = over there
or there it is, look

they're there
they're is short for = they are

he brought the food from home for the picnic
he brought it with him
brought = bring so to speak

bought = paid money for it
