probably a lot like chicken but grosser.. once my step dad was making stew with chicken and i didn't know what kind of meat it was so i asked and he told me and all my siblings that it was rabbit..my mom told us he was just joking but still none of us would eat the stew.

I have never eaten it but I would imagine there would be a white sauce probably with chopped celery or greenry and be pretty ole good.
