I am 5 foot 3 inches and a half, i run a 40 in 6.35 seconds. I am 140 pounds. I have strong legs(run about 1.5 miles a day) good upper body stregnth(25 curl ups a day) and i do 25 push ups a day. I also have good hands.

Last night i started to do 50 puchups and sittiups and im gonna start ding 10 more every day and i started running 2 miles today. Oh ya, any other ways to work out?

wow your training schedule is pretty bitchy. 1.5 is good, but 25 curls and 25 pushups, no. More like 100 pushups in a day and 75 curls. try 2 miles and play TE since you have hands, best of luck

I am also in 7th grade football (really, I am) and I think you should play as a Tight End. You sound like for 7th grade you might be a bit big for TE but small for the line, and if you have good hands, then try to get your coach to put you in at the left TE slot, so you are mostly the blocking TE but also can catch everyone once in a while.

Be a defensive lineman. It sounds like you're the right size and it sounds like you have the strength for it, plus its fun to tackle people. Work on your speed and then maybe you could move to defensive end or even tight end. Keep up the work man.

id try neither only offensive lineman and only a 6.35 on the 40 dude im 215 and i run a 5.9 on the 40 try getting a bit faster and then try at tightend

sorry guy but be realistic if you really want to play football, and say you have strong legs try place kicker, at your size a person with strong legs in that position can play all the way through college and beyond if theyre really good

If you got good hands, You can probably go with TE But you should be able to try any of the positions. Keep up your training to, Always get stronger and faster :)

hmm if i were you i consider bodybuilding...thats the age when i started...well anywyas go for defensive lineman....its a fun position....
