That there are a lot intelligent people are there with a lot of useless knowledge at their beck and call. Thousands of hours reading books, thousands of dollars spent for college, and years of education just to answer questions on Y/A.
So, here I in my office, the floor covered with books, a desk filled with my hobby tools, a master's decree diploma displayed on my wall and here I am. And it is Saturday night to boot and I live in Las Vegas! So what I have learned is that stupidity and intelligence are not really that far apart.

when someone answer you rudely, just let it go, dont email back, never invite trouble and always try your best to be nice. because tomorrow, you'll be facing the same people again.

That people answering your questions online will be waaaay more harsh then they would be if they were answering it in person.
