At the very end of the book, the epilogue it, Harry's son says;
"Our Teddy Lupin! Teddy Lupin! Snogging our Victoire! Our cousin!"

Now, the epilogue says "19 years later", so we can assume that the child of Lupin and Tonks will be at least 19 years old.

So, who is Victoire, and how is Victoire the cousin of Harry's son? And, how old is Victoire?Teddy was "seeing Victoire off", so the oldest Victoire could be is 17 years old.

Is my reasoning right, or did I miss something? Any thoughts?

I assumed Victoire to be Bill and Fleur's daughter, and that she's probably 17 or so. You're right on the money, Teddy is 19 years old.

Victoire would be a cousin to Harry's children because Harry's wife is Ginny, who is Bill's sister.

She's Bill and Fleur's daughter. Rowling confirmed this in a Dateline interview from July 29.

"VO: In fact, she says Professor Lupin's now-orphaned son Teddy is one of the main reasons she wanted to write the epilogue. She also suggested they have more than one daughter.

JKR: To hear that Teddy Lupin -- Lupin's son is obviously okay. That he has an ongoing relationship with Harry and that he's-- he must be quite happy and he's got a very good-looking girlfriend because the person that he's kissing in the epilogue is Bill and Fleur's eldest daughter."

I would assume she was born not long after the battle at Hogwart's since her name is Victoire - French for Victor - as in Victory or winner of a victory. Since the epilogue is 19 years later, I would guess Fleur either was pregnant at the time or got pregnant shortly thereafter and they chose the name to commemorate the victory and her family's role in it. Fleur and Bills oldest daughter. Therefore Ginny's brother's kid is Harry's kids cousin. About the same age as Teddy who is not related to the Weasleys.

Yes! Victoire Weasley. She is Bill and Fleur's child! I would guess she is at about a year younger than Teddy.

Oldest child of Fleur and Bill Weasley
Her name means Victory in french
She was kissing teddy Lupin (remus and tonk's son)
She is either in her 6th or 7th year at Hogwarts . (so she is 15, 16 or 17)

Hope this helps :)
