I just got a blackberry pearl and i HATE it. I want to send it back to AT&T. I've had it for literally 24 hours (bought it online from their website). Can I do that? I didn't know you had to pay an additional 30 bucks a month just to go online. GR!

Yes, as long as the phone has no damage and appears to be in original condition you may return it inside 30 days for are fund. The data plan maybe required for a rebate, but you do not need to have it on your account. Keep in mind that if you use the data service without a plan, you will be on a pay per use of .01 per kb. It can also be returned to a corporate store if bought from their website directly. be sure to return everything that came in the box, or you will be charged a restocking fee.
