Looking at people's IP Address that i am in direct contact with?

When i directly connect with another PC i open "Netstat" to look at there IP. RIGHT when it pops up it directly closes whats wrong?

You are running the command from the start run as opposed to opening a command prompt first.

Run the netstat from an open and stable Command Prompt window.

Open a command window first and then run netstat
cmd
netstat -a
