While I don't have Tmobile service, I can tell you that the port request depends on the previous service provider and if it is ported from a land line or a wireless service. Land lines may take up to a week to port while cell phones should take a few hours. Keep on mind that if there are a large number of port request, the switch may backup and the port can take longer. Also, ports that are done on the weekend may take a few days to activate. If porting from a smaller rural carrier, they may have limited hours of operations and could also take a longer time to port in. So really there is no specific time frame for a port to be completed.

I am ex vz employee and it usually take several hours up to 48 hours. did you process all the electronic signatures that is important. call back. sometime the customer support person is a dummy and that could be the delay. honest I wokred there and there's lots of dummies.
