it has been proven to be a rascist idea. It was fashionable up until the 60's. The shape of one's head is meaningless and just another tool to justify that someone is less human than someone else. Amazingly, our own government and society was the biggest backers of it in the 30's. Hitler was also a student of it and if it weren't for American rascists it would not have been considered a science

Our government favors eugenics,
the consumers are the only important ones,
the third world people who aren't very good customers can all die by the hundreds of thousands about every ten years in one of our many covert or quasi 'war' missions.
