Lonliness sucks, I remember that time in my life quite well. And I really wish all the lonely people could find one another, seems like there are so many I know, even just at work.

Tony Bennett vocalist, Long ago recorded a song titled,
"All The Lonely People Where Do They All Come From"
They say, you can be lonely in a crowd.
You don't say why you are lonely, or if you live alone and that
can't be changed. If your adusting through a change in your life, some sort of loss? I am some times lonely, but some how I feel I am not truely alone. Look within not out side of your self for the reason. C.S.Lewis "Do we read to know we are never alone?" John Powell "Get out of your comfort zone,
happiness is an inside job" Look with in. Blessings

As for right now, I am not too lonely here in my bachelor pad. Sundays are my biggest day to MAC up on loneliness and boredom! I used to spend every Sunday afternoon with my best friends, but after they adopted a little fella we only get together once a month. It hurt and took a long time to get over it, but as time goes by I'm less bothered by it. The reality, which I remind myself of when I think about it is, that we'll probably never go back to doing it the way it USED to be. If I could get my hands on up to $4K I would use it to get out of my boring hometown area. There's no friendship, relationship, etc. to cause to NOT leave. So I'm ready to go and be hopefully less bored and lonely elsewhere. That's about the way it is for my life.

No, I'm not lonely now. If it makes you feel better, everyone goes through a very lonely, solitary time in their lives. Even sometimes the people that are married or otherwise hitched....
There's a saying, "I'd rather be alone, then lonely" and that's so true. Being in a relationship and feeling lonely is almost worse then being by yourself and feeling lonely.

I could be lonely if I wanted to be, but I don't want to be so I am not. I have recently been confined to a wheel chair and spend most of my time indoors by myself, but I stay very busy and do not have time to be lonely.

i could give a real long answer, from the heart, but i think it'd be to much for here so ill just say that i know how you feel i feel the same and you really have to always remind yourself that we are truly here for a bigger purpose,i have no idea what the hell that purpose is but im trying to be positive, also theres a difference between ''feeling alone'' and being alone hopefully you are only feeling this way, in that case take compfort in knowing that it will pass, otherwise if you are alone, omg, just have faith that someone/something WILL come for you soon!!

Think of you being alone, not lonely. It's just a point of view.
