No one dislikes those two songs? You're wrong.
I dislike "We are the Champions". It's a pious, pat-yourself-on-the-back, piece of crap song. "We Will Rock You" is a much stronger song, and can stand on its own. I always turn the radio OFF when "We Will Rock You" ends, so I don't have to listen to the piece of crap that always follows it.
And, the two songs do NOT go together.
You want to know two songs that do go together? "Falling In and Out of Love / Amie" by Pure Prairie League. The two song are closely linked musically, stylistically, and lyrically.
I also like "Waitin' for the Bus / Jesus Just Left Chicago" by ZZ Top.
Or, how about "Dreamboat Annie (Fantasy Child) / Crazy On You" by Heart?

Here are some I can think of:
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band/With A Little Help From My Friends by The Beatles
Bye Bye Love/Moving In Stereo by The Cars
No Sugar Tonight/New Mother Nature by The Guess Who
Real Good Man/The Ride by Tim McGraw
Tainted Love/Where Did Our Love Go by Soft Cell
I'm Your Captain/Closer To Home by Grand Funk Railroad
This isn't exactly a pair of songs but three songs that Elvis Presley often sang in concert as part of a set. It's called American Trilogy.

I dislike both of those songs. We are the champions is just some piece of sh*t karaoke song, and we will rock you, well that's just a terrible song. If Freddie Mercury wasn't such a good performer, then Queen would never have been famous - i really don't think that they had much songwriting talent. their most famous song (bohemian rhapsody) is only well known for it's novelty value, as are a lot of their songs

Alone, there are plenty of songs that could slay either one of those songs, but together, no way. Those two songs are pretty much among the most famous in the world, and are iconic anthems. We Will Rock You serves as the arrogant challenge, and We Are The Champions as the strident song of triumph. So no, together, those songs pretty much are untouchable.

I think they play these songs together because there is no break Between the two songs on the album So the DJ just lets the second song play rather that fading it out seconds into the second song

Maybe not as good as the two you mentioned, but Elton John's "Funeral For A Friend/Love Lies Bleeding" are a great pair of songs usually played together.
